Sintesi
L’obiettivo di questo articolo è fornire una conoscenza di base sulla catena del servizio 112, sui suoi principali modelli e caratteristiche e sulla conoscenza della situazione attuale. L’importanza delle tendenze e delle evoluzioni Europee, viste come esempi applicati qualitativamente efficaci ed efficienti, da estendere in realtà territoriali aventi le medesime caratteristiche. Evoluzioni e tendenze che armonizzano e rispettano la storia, il vissuto e le esigenze del primo fruitore del servizio, ovvero il cittadino, e di chi opera ad ogni livello nel sistema di emergenza, valorizzando conoscenze, capacità, competenze. Un paese evoluto dimostra di esserlo nel momento più critico: l’emergenza, e lo mostra sapendo cogliere, nella gestione della chiamata di soccorso in modalità unica e integrata, tutti i particolari che determineranno positivamente la risoluzione del bisogno di soccorso del cittadino e della collettività, agevolando l’azione degli enti deputati al soccorso pubblico di emergenza.
Abstract
The objectives of this article are intended to bring a basic knowledge on the 112 service chain, the main models, the main features and to get to know the present situation. The importance of European trends and evolutions, are seen as effective and efficiently applied examples in terms of quality, to be extended in similar areas. Developments and trends that harmonize and respect the history, experience and needs of the citizen, first beneficiary of the service, and of those who work at every level in the emergency system, valuing their knowledge, skills and competences. A country demonstrates its degree of development in the most critical moment: the emergency. And it demonstrates it, if it’s able to handle the distress call in a unique and integrated mode, getting all the details that can solve the emergency needs of the citizen and of the community, facilitating the members of the public emergency relief in their task.
