This survey aims to understand the reasons why some patients assisted by the SADI (Servizio Assistenza Domiciliare Infermieristica, italian Integrated Home Care) of Carpi (MO) were transported to the emergency room for nursing competence issues resolvable at home by ambulance with nurses on board. Tested interventions, deploying in offpeak times, training and skills of nursing staffs of the operational units concerned, followed by a secondary analysis including patients transported by MSB (ambulances without nurses on board), it has come to the conclusion of a required service implementation of home care to avoid unnecessary logins in P.S(Emergency Department).
